Danelle and Charlie talk with always effervescent Cullum (‘Ash’) Ashton, founder of proptech BuilderzWA and also the GM and life force behind the new Proptech Hub in the city.
Entrepreneurial to the nth degree, Ash has held down several different jobs, formed many businesses, and found his way from his grandmother’s restaurant cleaning dishes to running gyms, a stint in the army to selling new homes. The latter idea led to BuilderzWA, where he helps first home buyers and others get into a new home.
After graduating from last year’s Curtin Ignition, and attending West Tech Fest in 2020, he helped create the Proptech Hub in 2021, a place for fellow proptechs to co-work, and connect the real estate industry and potential investors to emerging technology.
