Freo Startup Fest brings together founders, investors, industry, universities and government, all at Little Creatures, one of Fremantle’s iconic destinations.
A true startup event, with prizes, awards, pitches, drinks and food – PLUS this year, no less than THREE live bands, playing original music. All for just $25. Best ticket in town.
Come support your local startups and musicians, and we celebrate all that is good in the local startup scene, and raise some good cheer.

3:10- 4:20 pm Freo Startup Fest | Golden Ticket Pitch Event
Plus Eight, powered by Spacecubed, will be running a pitch event presenting the winners from PlusEight Sprint Challenges and various WA accelerator programmes helping to develop our next generation of entrepreneurs. The winner will get automatic entry into the first stage of the six-month Plus Eight program, commencing in 2022.
4:30-4:50 Pitch Frenzy
The Pitch Frenzy is a golden opportunity for you to take the stage for 30 seconds and pitch for you what you need. It could be investment, an intro to potential customers or a co-founder. The opportunity is yours.

6:00 Announce Winner of The Gold ticket and the Annual Startup News Awards
7pm – 10.00pm Bands in Sonar Room, Little Creatures

7:30 Saint Street – Amy + Jess + Laura play gorgeous original indie pop-rock, so talented.
8:30 Charlie’s Flat – husband and wife Kellie Bennett and Clayton Chipper play spaced-out soul dub with way too much echo.
9:30 Mama Red & the Dark Blues – “soaked in sin, fueled by gin and on their way to high tea with the devil”, Mama Red & the Dark Blues bring dark country pop into the 21st Century.
