Craig is a highly accomplished executive, Non-Executive Director and Advisory Board Chair with leadership and strategic experience across a portfolio of Board positions. Previously Partner of Churchill Consulting, a leading boutique management consultancy based in Perth WA. Prior to his consulting career, Craig was General Manager of OceanaGold (NZ) and held senior operational and technical roles internationally with Rio Tinto. Qualifications in mine engineering and business management, and accredited coach. Substantial experience in the mining industry across feasibility studies, operational readiness, design and implementation of business improvement projects and restructures. Other industry sector experience in utilities, primary health care, and cooperatives.

Ten years’ non-executive director experience across mining services, professional services and industry associations, Craig is a deep thinker and facilitator with focus on growth strategy and business structure design, particularly where step change in business performance is required.

As an Advisory Board Chair, Craig has formed and chaired Advisory Boards for private SME’s in mine professional services, mine maintenance services, drone management and software development sectors across Australia.
