Perth Home Builders Expo 2022

The main Expo will be held in the Perth Town Hall. In addition, stall holders will be in the foyer and undercover area.

The EXPO will have a wide range of finance brokers, land estate reps, builders, renovators, and suppliers who will be able to assist you with your new home building goals.

Plus, our friendly stallholders will be able to answer all your questions about building grants, land for sale, upcoming land releases, new homes, and additions that will make a house a home.

Be one of the first 100 people to attend the event and you will receive a FREE showbag! Last year they all went in 14 minutes so we recommend arriving early so you don’t miss out.

Receive a stamp from stallholders and participating businesses to go in the draw to win gift cards, vouchers, appliances, and movie tickets. This will be live-streamed at 3:15pm on the 22nd of October 2022, so if you can’t attend please tune in to hear if you have won! Good luck and prizes will be mailed out.

From 1pm to 2pm, we will have presentations from stall holders on financial planning, sustainable building, modular homes, popular & trending new home features, and other interesting topics.

Visit the Beyond Bank Finance zone to learn more about the $10,000 First Home Owners, single parent 2% loan scheme, building grants, the first home owners deposit scheme, and how the stamp duty concession works. You can also qualify for finance and be emailed an on the spot letter of eligibility based on your current circumstances.

3. Take a walk through the Acton Belle Property Landchoice Land zone to find out what land is available across Perth Metro and the South West. Also find out what land is set to be released from the land estate stalls.

4. Visit the Builderz WA Builders zone to see what promotions are currently on offer. Each builder specialises in a mix of single-storey, two-storey, townhouse, multi-unit development, and farmstead designs. Some specialising in a range of sustainable building material options to cut down on build times.

5. Wonder through the Sipform Suppliers zone to compare builder/supplier prices and take advantage of on the day discounts.

6. PARENTS this is the best part – Drop the kids off in their own safe and private creche and allow yourself to browse in peace. The kids will be entertained with games, puzzles, and colouring in books from 10am to 2:30pm. Plus, FREE face painting!

7. See into the future at the PropTech Hub WA innovation zone and see what innovators are working on that will be coming out in future years.

8. EVENT PARKING – Wilson Parking on Hay Street & City of Perth Parking on Pier Street are within 300m walking distance.
