Now in its fourth year, the annual the Think & Grow startup salary survey provides salary data spanning the entire Australian tech ecosystem.
The survey is for tech companies with more than 5 Australian-based employees, and it’s free to take part in the survey. Data is on a ‘give to get’ basis, and all companies completing the survey will receive a copy of the anonymised raw salary data prior to the publication of the report and have the option to purchase a benchmarking report.
With costs going up, and enticing wages being offered in the resources industry and elsewhere, what should you be paying your own staff? How can you benchmark against other tech companies in various sectors, in various regions of WA as well as Perth metro? This survey may assist.
The report is compiled by Think & Grow, in partnership with Fiftyfive5 and supported by the Tech Council of Australia.
