We are looking to fill two small studio spaces in a heritage listed building above Neon Pony, 454 William St. We are negotiable on the term of the contract however are only interested in longer term tenants. Best suited to designers/ artists/ business professionals, although please keep in mind this space is not designed for a client facing business. Both rooms are air-conditioned. Access is through front or rear.
Please note, this space is strictly not for residential purposes.
As the room sizes available vary, they are priced from $100 – $160 per week inc electricity and internet.
