Perth startup, Prezentt, has won the 2014 WAiTTA Award in the Development Domain for its innovative live slide-sharing application Prezentt.

The WAiTTA Awards are Western Australia’s premier Information Technology awards. Prezentt will now go on to represent WA in the National ICT iAwards, to be held in Melbourne in August.

Prezentt is designed to enable presenters to connect with audiences during presentations, and is used by a wide variety of speakers at conferences, seminars, training, lectures, fund-raising events and even sermons.

Prezentt’s goal is to revolutionise presentations worldwide so that presenters and audiences achieve greater value from presentations through more sales, greater audience engagement, increased sharing and more followers.

Prezentt provides audiences with immediate access to slides and additional resources such as web links or other documents. Prezentt also provides interactivity so audiences can ask questions, provide feedback, request a meeting, or take and share notes.

Chairman & Co-Founder of Prezentt, Jeff Robson accepted the award on behalf of Prezentt at the gala event held at the Perth Convention Centre on Friday night, saying he was “deeply honoured” to have won the award in competition with such “amazing” finalists.

“This Award is a massive endorsement of the quality of the product, the strength of the team, and our business strategy,” Mr Robson said.

Prezentt has been soft-launched and is now in use by customers such as News Corp, RSM Bird Cameron, SaaSu, Access Analytic, and Pitcher Partners.

Prezentt is currently offering a free account that allows presenters to make four presentations a year.

The company is raising capital to fund further development and marketing.
