Liberty Flexible Workspace, a multi-use and co-working space has recently been opened in Burswood. The facility is the first of its kind in the city and Liberty’s third new location in 2018.
The Town of Victoria Park CEO, Anthony Vuleta has opened up Liberty’s fourth location at 53 Burswood Road.
The first floor is a contemporary open concept floor plan that can seat up to 150 people, and is equipped with private offices and meeting rooms that are available to hired out on an hourly biases.
“We are delighted to welcome Liberty Flexible Workspaces to Victoria Park,” said Anthony Vulenta said, “Their investment in this location will make it easier for businesses to get established in Vic Park which aligns perfectly with our vision of supporting entrepreneurship in this precinct.”
Liberty founder and CEO Jamie Vine added that it was an exciting time to be in Victoria park and added that he thought their “Economic Development Strategy has a clear focus on growth and we look forward to playing our part in the town’s transformation.”
“Vic Park is set to grow exponentially over the next few years and working with the owners of the building to repurpose this facility provides local businesses the opportunity to scale with ease in a convenient location that is at the centre of everything.”
Co-working is fast becoming a major trend in property use and workforce deployment. According to officevibe.com 40% of the workforce will be freelancers, temps, and independent contractors by 2020.
92% of people in co-working spaces are satisfied in the co-working environment, and 70% reported that they felt healthier working outside of a traditional office space.
In August, Liberty Flexible Workspace released a statement announcing a partnership with Atomic Sky and their TechHub. The partnership allowed TechHub to increase its events and activities and combine their building services with Liberty’s facilities. Their joint partnership has expanded into the Burswood location.
