Business Station is delivering the Commonwealth funded ‘ASBAS’ (Australia Small Business Advisory Service) to help startups, scaleups and small businesses in Australia.
ASBAS is a three-year, Commonwealth funded program designed to provide high-quality, low-cost advisory services to small businesses.
Traditionally, the small business sector has been a fragmented & underserviced market segment but ASBAS seeks to support growth through various means.
The program is delivered throughout WA, Qld and the NT, with the help of our delivery partners Regional Development Australia Brisbane in Queensland and Treeti Business Consulting in NT.
The target is to reach and deliver support to over 7,800 new businesses before the end of June 2021. Support services range from one-to-one business advisory sessions to group workshops and interactive webinars.
Topics are varied, including anything from social media to cyber security, to human resources and bookkeeping assistance; support is tailored to the specific needs of the small business.
Business Station is now offering the first service (either one-to-one advisory, workshop, or webinar) for free for the small business owner.
Some of the topics include:
- Marketing Strategy
- WordPress Advisory
- Business Grants and Assistance
- Service Engine Optimisation
- UX/UI / User Experience Design
- Branding
- Public Relations
- Product Management
- Human Resource Strategy
- Creating e-Learning Courses
- Financial Modelling
- Tender Submissions
The advisors are vetted, and locations include Perth CBD, Joondalup, Gosnells and (soon) Wanneroo.
