There will be a special event on 1 March in Perth entitled Entrepreneurship, Ecosystems, Vision and Leadershipchaired by Professor Milé Terziovski, Dean of Curtin Graduate School of Business in Perth, which will look at developing entrepreneurial and networking skills to build a successful business.
The event, hosted by the Entrepreneurship Centre at Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, brings together two successful entrepreneurs and leaders from the newly developing entrepreneurial ecosystem in Perth to discuss and explore how they have delivered on big visions for their business and the role that the ecosystem has played. It also offers the opportunity to hear about entrepreneurship on the city of Cambridge, UK (one of Europe’s most successful entrepreneurial clusters) and how the ‘Cambridge Spirit’ has enabled the development of a postgraduate qualification in Entrepreneurship awarded by the University of Cambridge.
The guest speakers are Steve Carolan, Managing Director of CV Check, and Sharon Grosser, Director of People & Culture at SEQTA Software. Dr Jo Mills, Programme Director at Cambridge Judge Business School’s Entrepreneurship Centre, will also provide a presentation on the Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship. It’s a 12-month, part-time programme which is largely delivered online, enabling participants to study and start a business wherever they are in the world.
The event will be held 1 March at the Western Australian Club, The Penthouse (Level 11), starting at 16:45 and ending at 19:30. It is being sponsored by WRAYS and RSM.
