South West Home Builders Expo 2022

The main Expo will be held in the Quality Hotel Lighthouse Exhibition Room.

The EXPO will have a wide range of finance brokers, land estate reps, builders, and suppliers who will be able to assist you with your new home building goals.

Plus, our friendly stallholders will be able to answer all your questions about building grants, land for sale, upcoming land releases, new homes, and additions that will make a house a home.

3. Take a walk through the Dalyellup Beach land zone to find out what land is available across the South West and what is set to be released from the land estate stalls.

4. Visit the Builderz WA builders zone to see what promotions are currently on offer. Each builder specialises in a mix of single-storey, two-storey, townhouse, multi-unit development, and farmstead designs. Some specialising in a range of sustainable building material options to cut down on build times.

5. Wonder through the Retravision Suppliers zone to compare builder and supplier prices.

6. PARENTS this is the best part – Drop the kids off in their own safe and private creche and allow yourself to browse in peace. The kids will be entertained with games, puzzles, and colouring in books from 10am to 3pm. Plus, FREE face painting!

7. See into the future at the PropTech Hub WA innovation zone and see what innovators are working on that will be coming out in future years.

8. EVENT PARKING – Up to 150 FREE car bays at the Hotel for you to use.
