Human Resources & Health, Safety & Emergency Professional with a career background in Tier 1 and 2 Mining Operators in WA. Professional experience in implementation of HR & health and safety tech in mining.

**Darius Wey**
**Co-Founder, Head of Product & Design at Healthengine**
Darius has 20 years of experience in product development, growth strategies, and mobile computing. He co-founded Healthengine, determined to make healthcare more accessible to Australians, and prior, worked with IBM and Microsoft and in the media and technology industries across Australia and North America. He also founded ProductTank Perth, the largest community of its kind in Perth bringing product professionals and global speakers together to discuss and develop the product craft. Darius holds a B.CompSci (Computation & Systems) from the University of Western Australia, and is recognised internationally as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP).

**Marie Achour**
**Global Head of Product at Moodle**
Marie is a product strategy professional with more than 20 years of experience. She is most passionate about shaping product teams that are focused on creating value through customer centricity and driving growth through advocacy.

As Global Head of Product for Moodle, Marie leads the 80 people at Moodle HQ who design, build and maintain Moodle’s product portfolio which includes Moodle LMS – the world’s most popular open-source learning platform used by over 300 million learners and educators globally to improve our world.

She has been described by her peers as outcome-driven, energetic and a true believer in the products and the people she leads.

Marie is also a Non-Executive Director for Ruah Community Services and SuitsMe, Not-for-profit organisations supporting people experiencing homelessness, family & domestic violence and mental health issues in Western Australia.

**Sagar Kapoor**
**Group Product Manager at Atlassian**
Sagar is a seasoned Product leader with more than 15 years of experience working across companies such as Google, Adobe & Flipkart and presently working at Atlassian. Sagar has led complex scaled products spanning numerous industries (e-commerce, health-tech, social gaming to name a few) holding key leadership roles such as leading the global Trust & Safety charter for a $4bn e-commerce product, building out the ecosystem squads for a $2bn game studio in the past.

He currently heads the Engineering Excellence space at Atlassian, helping Atlassian developers enhance their efficiency; while ensuring their day-to-day activities are simplified leading to developer joy.
