Marc Allen is a co-founder at Unravel Carbon (YC W22), based in Singapore, where he leverages rigorous data science and deep climate expertise to enable enterprises and their supply networks to decarbonise efficiently and effectively. With a focus on providing visibility and practical tools for reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across supply chains, Unravel Carbon aims to bridge the significant gap in emissions visibility among global businesses. Additionally, as a director at the Coalition for Eco-Efficient Comminution (CEEC), Marc contributes to improving energy efficiency in the mining sector, emphasising the importance of comminution (the process of grinding solid materials) strategies. His work at Unravel Carbon and CEEC underscores his commitment to fostering sustainable practices and enhancing energy efficiency within critical industries, aligning perfectly with decarbonising supply chain logistics objectives.

🔹 Colleen Yates, CEO, Regional Development Australia – Perth

Colleen Yates, CEO of Regional Development Australia – Perth since 2013, has driven significant business investment and job growth. With initiatives like the economic development strategy for Perth and Peel and the establishment of the Perth DroneHub, she has showcased her ability to turn vision into reality. An MBA graduate from the University of Western Australia, Colleen combines inclusive leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication to inspire her team to achieve ambitious goals. Her 35-year career spans diverse roles across private, government, and not-for-profit sectors, where she has excelled in implementing change, engaging stakeholders, and simplifying complex challenges, demonstrating her expertise in fostering innovation and development.

🔹 Andrew McCluskey, Chairman, Hydrogen Society of Australia (HSA)

Andrew McCluskey stands at the intersection of innovation and sustainability as the Hydrogen Society of Australia Chairman and Executive General Manager Hydrogen, Siemens Ltd for Australia and New Zealand. With over a decade at Siemens in Western Australia, his current role showcases his leadership in the Pacific region’s technological and infrastructural advancements. Andrew’s career, grounded in a technical background with expertise in robots and automation systems, has evolved over 20 years into senior management positions. Holding an MBA with a major in entrepreneurship and innovation, Andrew’s journey reflects a commitment to pioneering sustainable solutions and driving technological progress.

🔹 David Cavanagh, Managing Director, Integrated Energy Pty Ltd; Chief Hydrogen Officer, Hydrogen West and Hydrogen East

David Cavanagh is the Managing Director of Integrated Energy and Chief Hydrogen Officer for both Hydrogen West and Hydrogen East and wields over three decades of engineering expertise across six continents. His vast experience encompasses project scoping and delivery for eminent energy and resource entities such as FRV, KBR, and Woodside, covering all stages from feasibility to operations. David has played a pivotal role in fostering clean energy and community resilience, notably in developing Australia’s comprehensive green hydrogen ecosystem. He’s instrumental in creating significant hydrogen markets and infrastructure, such as hydrogen valleys and hubs. A globally recognised hydrogen mobility expert, David contributes to national and international standards and has represented Australia in UN COP26, COP27, and COP28, served on a UN Expert Committee for hydrogen in the Asia Pacific, and supported the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Geneva.

🔹 Kendall Ferraro, Resource Recovery and Circular Economy Lead – Australia, Tessele Consultants

Kendall Ferraro, the Resource Recovery and Circular Economy Lead, brings knowledge to the Decarbonising Supply Chain Logistics Innovation Summit. As a Senior Chemical/Process Engineer, her career is distinguished by her commitment to impactful innovations in the circular economy and resource recovery sectors. Kendall’s proficiency spans wastewater technical operations, water, renewable energy, and oil and gas, where she has led significant advancements in operations, troubleshooting, optimisation, and stakeholder management. Her roles have encompassed commissioning, project engineering, design, and leadership, demonstrating her adeptness at leading change and driving business improvements. Kendall’s presentation at the summit promises to enlighten attendees on the practical integration of circular economy principles and resource recovery strategies into decarbonising supply chains, showcasing her vision for a sustainable future.

🔹 Dominique Thatcher, Digital Leader of Logistics Solutions, Fremantle Ports

Dominique Thatcher is the Digital Leader of Logistics Solutions at Fremantle Ports, wielding over three decades of experience across the Postal, Road and Rail Infrastructure, and Maritime sectors. Dominique, a strategic architect in intermodal logistics supply chains, excels in leveraging contemporary technologies to revolutionise data capture, analysis, and visualisation, thus transforming business operations. His expertise spans the four critical phases of data—historical, real-time, predictive, and prescriptive analytics—allowing for unparalleled anticipation of needs and optimisation of business strategies. Dominique is known for his early adoption of innovation, customer-centric solutions, and resilient optimism. He is dedicated to making a lasting impact and crafting a memorable legacy in the logistics and digital transformation arenas.
