Indie Hackers Perth – First meetup for 2021
21 January, 2021 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Well we made it through 2020 and I do hope COVID hasn’t impacted you or your families. Although 2020 wasn’t the best of years, I have seen alot of new companies and side-gigs being developed and thriving in this strange environment. Moving forward to 2021 and with the vaccination roll-outs, government changes, brexit etc. is creating a sort-of bullish market so with that in mind and lots of government/business investment still moving through the community I see 2021 to 2024 as being a very positive time in the startup community.
Anyways, I do hope you can join me at our next meetup on the 21st of January.
January, like every month, we like to come together at the clean and abundant facilities of Spacecubed’s Riff (Vault) and chat with other people who have an idea or want to help contribute to others in the community to getting their products off the ground.
If you are able to make this meeting (and completely understand if you don’t want to at this point) then come curious and ready to share your experiences, give and receive feedback, and support one another. The goal is to meet fellow Indie Hackers, exchange ideas, discuss our projects, and work together.
Please make your way there by 5:30pm as the doors may be closed by 6pm.
This event is open to founders, thinkers, builders, dreamers and most importantly those working or thinking of starting a digital side hustle (Cause that’s what we’re really about).
The plan is to meet at Riff (Vault), have a roundtable on what’s new in the entrepreneurial space in Perth and talk about things you might be interested in, struggles of and potential solutions for building companies in the digital divide. Your idea is revolutionary, but how do you ground it in reality? How do you define your space without a clear model?
You don’t have to be an Indie Hacker to attend, but you should join Indie Hackers 😉 It’s a community of bootstrapped founders who transparently and honestly share their experience of building an online business, and openly help others learn by their example.
If you have any questions, please feel free to drop any of the co-organisers a message/mail:
