The purpose of this workshop to build a Due Diligence Data Room for investors. Understand what information you need collect and how the information should be presented to investors. Understand why investors need this data and how they go about assessing your Business.

ABOUT PRESENTER
Simon is an Angel Investor and currently manages Australia’s largest not-for-profit Angel Investor network AngelLoop.org. Previously he had 15 years international entrepreneurial experience having started a number of businesses in Asia and more recently in the US. The most successful was the silicon valley startup BlueJeans where he joined as employee #1 and helped formulate the idea, assisted getting the initial funding and was part the foundation team in 2009/10.

Digital Solutions is one of the most generously supported digital transformation programs for small business by the Commonwealth Government. This iteration of the program has been run by Business Station in QLD, WA and NT for three years and has had a significant positive impact on the small business community.
