Designing User Journeys SkillGym

12 October, 2021 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Designing User Journeys SkillGym
Customers expect fast, convenient and flexible service, getting your user journeys right has never been more important.

Booking a vaccination appointment. Buying your groceries. The onboarding process at a new job. Taking public transport on your way out for dinner at a restaurant. We may not always realise it, but so much of our lives are made up of distinct ‘user journeys’ that somebody has designed – and many of which could be designed better!

In a day and age where customers expect fast, convenient and flexible service, getting your user journeys right has never been more important. In this free 90-minute SkillGym session, we’ll explore the value of user journey design, and introduce you to practical tools you can use to better understand what your users want from an experience and how you can design a journey that’s seamless, effective, and even enjoyable.

This session is for service designers, product managers, marketers, founders, UX or CX specialists and more.

It’s a great introduction to journey mapping in design, and the perfect next step for anyone who wants to take their journey design skills to the next level. It’s called ‘Designing User Journeys’ and it’s on Tues 12th Oct.
