Participants discover the “power of choice” in the entrepreneurial mindset. You will recognise problems as opportunities; how to put Ideas into action; overcoming barriers and roadblocks; and the power of bootstrapping. Groups work together to identify a real-world problem and ideate a solution that could be commercialised into a viable venture. You will be introduced to the lean canvas model and the concept of a Unique Value Proposition (UVP). Groups prepare a presentation to pitch to the room on Day 2.
