Bankwest Hack Day Was “Hack To The Future”!

I got invited to the BankWest Hackday because I organised some stuff. Which in itself is pretty unique. How many large corporates do you know that invite random people who’ve organised events to come watch them have fun and make things? There were even other guests from other similar organisations there to share learning about running internal Hack Days. So my mind was open to the awesome before we even began.

After coming up with the idea for Geomoby he applied for Founder Institute Perth and put himself through that full time. Emerging from FI battered but smarter he then won a scholarship with Spacecubed so he could really get stuck into the Geomoby concept. Then recently he won the opportunity to represent Spacecubed and Perth in the #s3global first Global Hackathon in Korea.
