With only 72 days to West Tech Fest, the first ever ‘Festival Passes‘ went on sale on Monday, completely selling out in less than 24 hours.
As WTF organisers said, this was “an impressive demonstration of commitment from our community.” For those that missed out, have no fear as single tickets will go on sale Monday 17 October.
For those still interested in the ultimate Rotto Tech Fest experience, there are still a few Rotto Passes remaining which include:
- 1 x return ferry transfer from Fremantle to Rottnest Island
- 1 x ticket to the infamous Rotto Tech Fest
- 1 x invitation to our exclusive Beachside Gala on Friday 9 December
- 1 x night’s accommodation in one of Discovery Rottnest Island’s luxury eco-tents (capacity 2 people) for Friday 9 December
Note: Rotto Pass holders are eligible to purchase one additional ticket for a travelling companion to Rotto Tech Fest and the Beachside Gala before tickets go on sale Monday 17 October.

WTF jets off to Singapore!
From Monday 26 September to Wednesday 28 September, West Tech Fest returns to Singapore for the first time since 2019 hosting the first West Tech Fest Singapore Founders Tour, a new initiative for West Australian founders to explore future opportunities to expand their businesses in the region.
The tour will be led by West Tech Fest Co-Founder and Curtin University Director of Commercialisation Rohan McDougall and West Tech Fest Project Lead Kali Norman. There are rumours that a few other Perthians may be in Singapore next week too, what with the F1 and all.
The group will utilise West Tech Fest and Curtin University’s networks to introduce the companies to the local ecosystem and understand the support networks available for their potential expansion overseas.
The tour forms the first phase of West Tech Fest’s transformation into a year-round offering to support the development of Western Australia as the fastest-growing startup community in Australia and was made possible thanks to the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation (JTSI)’s sponsorship of the festival, and its ‘New Industries Fund‘.
Be sure to follow on Instagram to see what the tour gets up to.
