Startupland can be a challenging place at the best of times. Many startup founders need the proper guidance and connections to grow and succeed. That’s where the V.Locity program comes in, a mentoring program in partnership with Vici Ventures and Visagio that will look to connect startups with the leading companies in their industry. The program is free, and there is no equity consideration to participate.

Visagio is one the largest business transformation platforms in South America and a leader in advanced analytics in Asia Pacific.

V.Locity is currently ongoing in Brazil, matching startups with mentors who are specialists in top companies in their sectors. The program is now being offered to WA-based startups, especially those that have solutions for the banking, resources & energy and retail industries, with a product already on the market.

While the program will be held virtually via videoconference, there will be face-to-face meetings at Vici Ventures and Visagio’s headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and Perth, Australia. These meetings offer an excellent opportunity for entrepreneurs to connect with like-minded individuals and benefit from the support of experienced professionals.

If you’re interested in taking part in the V.Locity program, you can apply now until July 14th, 2023 by visiting the website at https://www.vlocity.visagio.com.au.

2) Pre-selection (July): 20-30 will be given the opportunity to further detail their solution and why they need to be in the program.

3) Onboarding (From July to August): 5 of the best pitches will be selected to participate in mentoring sessions. During onboarding, each startup will be able to identify its core problem and be assigned a mentor.

4) Program (August to December): Monthly encounters with mentors mediated by Vici Ventures, to build networking and expert sessions tailor-made for each startup.

Vici Ventures was founded in 2022, by Brazilian consulting company Visagio, which has been headed up in Australia by Perth-based Wilson Casado (see photo above) since it launched here in 2011.

Wilson is also the Chair of Perth Angels, as well as co-founder of Vici Ventures.
