World Product Day: Transformation Is Hard with Christian Idiodi (Partner @ SVPG)
Join Christian in this captivating keynote for World Product Day, as he explores what it means to transform, why transformation is hard, and yet despite the challenges, why it is still worth doing.
Christian will share real life stories of innovation and transformation from his global work. He’ll highlight the inevitable challenges you’ll face in moving to the product operating model and provide practical examples of overcoming these challenges. Through real examples, stories, and insights, you’ll feel inspired to be a meaningful catalyst for change and growth in your own organisation.
This will be an in-person, catered event at Bankwest, with Christian dialling in from the big screen – and plenty of time for Q&A at the end.
