West Tech Women is about uplifting, profiling and accelerating women in startups, scaleups and beyond.

West Tech Women is here to inspire, empower, and shine a light on women and men bridging the gap and embracing diversity and inclusion in order to rewrite the numbers.

The face of Australia’s startup ecosystem is changing with a clear shift in the number of women and younger Australians investing in, or leading early stage high growth ventures. This is expected to accelerate over the next few years.

This event is not just for women – all genders are responsible for closing the gap for female founders and investors and we encourage all members of the startup ecosystem to join us as we explore the trends, challenges, people and initiatives changing the game.
