Featuring Osteopore International

Osteopore (ASX:OSX) is a a Singapore medical device manufacturer that adopted 3D printing technology to manufacture bioresorbable scaffolds for bone regeneration. The company’s bioresorable polymer implants can be applied for neurosurgical, orthopedic, and maxillofacial use. Notably, their implants dissolves over time, leaving only natural, healthy bone, thereby reducing post-surgery complication rates compared to permanent implants.

Their products leverage combined technologies of tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, and 3D printing techniques.

About our speaker Dr Lim Jing – COO & CTO

Lim Jing is the Chief Operating Officer & Chief Technology Officer at Osteopore International Pte Ltd. He has been leading the Research and Development, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance teams for the past 7 years. During this time, he led the company through successful regulatory and quality milestones such as ISO 13485, Korea GMP audits and FDA inspections; CE Marking. He is passionate about providing safe and effective implants for patients, and believes that devices with unique technology can be made beneficial to the stakeholders of our healthcare system: hospitals, surgeons (doctors), and patients.

Join Osteopore’s Chief Operating Officer & Chief Technology Officer Dr. Lim Jing for a fireside chat discussing the Osteopore story, differences between navigating different regulatory bodies, the future of regenerative medicine, and the opportunities for the WA and Singapore MTP sectors to cross collaborate.
