The Rise of the T-People: A Future of Work Debate
26 March @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm$19
Join us over lunch for a community debate to explore skills, tools and mindsets we need to thrive in the future of work.
Should we be generalists or specialists? What are the non-negotiable skills we all need (and is coding one of them)? Will deep expertise still be valuable in the age of robots? And how do we know what we should learn next?
As the world of work changes faster than many of us can keep up with, the skills we need to succeed are changing too.
From soft skills to digital skills, enterprise skills to EQ skills and more, the breadth of skills demanded of us is ever increasing. However, the role of the specialist is also becoming increasingly valued and important.
