## WHAT’S ON

**Secrets of the Credential Management APIs**
Phil Nash – Twilio

Developing the front-end of a login flow may seem quite straightforward. But in this crucial flow to most applications there is more we can do to make the experience for users both secure and a delight.

In this talk we’ll see how the credential management API is much more exciting than it sounds, use it to reduce friction for users through both login and two factor authentication, and take a look to the future of auth experiences.

**But what about normal flow?**
Erin Zimmer – CashApp

So, let’s have a look at how normal flow works, what it’s good for, and why you can’t use it to vertically centre anything, but that’s not really a problem.

**L is for Literacy**
Henri Helvetica – WebPageTest

It’s 2022, and web performance is now abundantly important, with an abundance of available metrics, used by — you guessed it — an abundance of developers, new and experienced. All quips aside, the complexities of the web has lead to increased complexities in web performance. Understanding, or literacy in web performance is as important as the four basic language skills. ‘L is for Literacy’ is a lively look at the performance lexicon and technology, backed by enlightening data all will enjoy.
