**David Paré**
David is an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) | VP of Products & Engineering with demonstrated success in leading both product development/engineering and product manager teams in a global environment across multiple countries. He has a proven track record in defining and executing on global/regional product strategies to drive go-to-market activities as well as managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls with large global teams (over 250 staff). David is a strategic product and technology leader, mentoring teams of product managers and development/engineering leaders to build a product-led growth culture inside the organisation.

**Simeon Alva**
Simeon is a passionate product leader who is well-known around the Perth scene – with a successful record of product leadership at Bankwest, Healthengine, and currently Lotterywest as Director of Customer Experience. In his current role at Lotterywest, he leads both the Digital Product Team and Customer Services Teams in a unique role that owns the end-to-end digital player experience.
