ONLINE: Virtual Yoga with Michelle Ferraro

Join us every Monday at 4.30pm (AEST), 2.30pm WST for an online guided yoga session with Michelle Ferraro of Just Be Just Breathe.
This is a session for every one of all experiences. Whether you are a yoga pro or someone who has never done yoga before, join this session as it encourages you to move your body, stretch and focus on breathing to realign your mind, body, and soul.
Give yourself permission to take half an hour to take care of yourself.
About your yoga instructor Michelle Ferraro
Michelle has been practicing all styles of yoga for the past 16 years. She has experienced how yoga has transformed her life with the challenges that she has faced. It taught her to always be present, grateful and understand the self. Always choosing Love.
