Why me?
Hi, I’m Matt, and I’m an experienced speaker, facilitator, and trainer with over 20 years of experience across various industries and cities. This includes over 15 years in Sydney, and over 8 years in Tokyo. I have consulted for and trained at top-tier companies like McKinsey Consulting, Sony, Deloitte, and Goldman Sachs. I have also engaged with diverse professionals including entrepreneurs, CEOs, CFOs, investors, freelancers and more.

I have been a passionate supporter of the startup ecosystem for the past 8 years. I have been training and coaching startup founders for the past 7 years in Tokyo. Specifically, I have worked with them on starting and building their business, developing their MVP, refining their pitch, boosting their leadership skills and overcoming a broad range of business challenges.

My key strengths are supporting founders through their business building, MVP development, mindset and professional development. I utilise my extensive experience in training, coaching and product management to provide strategic guidance to founders. This is focused on helping them navigate the complexities of their startup and ensuring they have a solid foundation for their business growth.
