This session brings together three experienced AI professionals who will share:

**Meet the Panel:**
👤 **Brian Foody** — Founder of Vertical AI, Brian has over 20 years’ experience building enterprise solutions for ASX-listed companies. He recently took out top prize at the Daily Multimodal Hackathon in Silicon Valley, and continues to work at the frontier of AI, automation, and scalable software systems.
👤 **Lee Goldsworthy** — Lee has over 20 years experience in tech, across 4 CTO and CPO roles, leading scale journeys from 1 to 10m users and 105 countries. He currently works with 6 VC-backed Australian startups and scaleups, 4 of which are building with AI.
👤 **Andy Spammer** — An experienced agile coach and software manager, Andy helps businesses adapt to the changing tech landscape. He is an open-source contributor focused on AI and prompt engineering, developing projects like AI-powered knowledge graphs. Andy is excited to share his learnings with the local startup community.
👤 **Nina Karisik** — Software engineer, founder of MadeApt ( aka mother of dresses), and international speaker, Nina is dedicated to using AI to bridge the gap between technology and human connection. Through her work at MadeApt, she integrates AI-powered solutions that make custom fashion more accessible, transparent, and personal. Nina is passionate about mentorship and building communities around innovation, and is known for her interactive talks where audiences help build AI-powered apps live.
