The Startup’s Guide to Business Development – with Rebecca Ruiz

Building a business is more than just building a product!

In this talk, we will be exploring:

* The Minimum Viable Business Plan (MVBP). A simplified version of a business plan that focuses on the most important elements of your business.
* Business development strategies that work for you. There is no one-size-fits- all approach to business development. What works for one founder may not work for another. We will explore different business development strategies and how to choose the ones that are right for your business.
* How forging strategic partnerships is the key to your success.
* Non-tech related business activities. In this talk, we will explore some of these activities and how they can help you reach your business goals.

Whether you are an early-stage startup or a more experienced founder, this talk will help you find the way to implement business development strategies that feel right for you.

**About Rebecca**
Rebecca is the Founder of Time to Leap, a business development consulting and coaching company working on the human side of technology. Rebecca supports technology founders and technology businesses get their products out to the market and into the hands of users.

Rebecca has a 10+ years experience in sales and business development in all different sectors, including two years working for a custom software developer here in Perth! Rebecca has a passion for innovation, products, and loves using her creativity and non-cookie cutter approach to help others.

Rebecca assists larger companies with technology adoption of new products within teams too!
