Experiences across several industries and jobs has given him an insight into what works and how to lead the way in building products that get adopted and change the way we do things. Having recently published his book *From “No” to “How?”: Get Buy-in and Lead Change,* he works at IBM in their Garage practice, helping new Product Owners lead the way in their enterprise transformations through Enterprise Design Thinking, Agile and Product Management.
