This month’s Meet the Innovator is hitting the road! Join us as we take an exclusive tour of Roborigger’s new purpose built production facility in Wangara.
This interactive session will be strictly limited in numbers. Join CORE as we tour the new facility and learn more about how Roborigger has successfully scaled their business.
Transport will be provided along with lunch at Roborigger.
ABOUT THE EVENT
Roborigger, a Perth-based crane lifting and logistics automation company is inviting CORE Innovation Hub members to take part in a half-day masterclass on what it takes to scale up your manufacturing startup when you’ve hit your MVP and early commercialisation milestones.
This is an opportunity to get behind the scenes look at an innovation that was named as part of CORE Innovations Hot 30 and grabbed 3 platinum awards at the WA Innovator of the Year in 2019. Find out how the Roborigger operation grew out of the parking lot in West Perth to 20 member strong team at their new production facility in Wangara, recently officiated by the Minister for ICT and Innovation, the Hon. Don Punch MLA.
Roborigger will share how their teams work together to focus on solving customers’ needs, and the processes and tools used to scale their manufacturing to the global standards. This event will include presentations, site tour with the team, and networking opportunities with lunch.
EVENT SCHEDULE
11.30am – Participants depart from Perth CBD (CORE Hub to provide transport)
12.00pm – Arrival and easy lunch (Roborigger to provide lunch)
12.30pm – Intro by Roborigger team and everyone’s function
12.45pm – 45 mins masterclass by Derick on Roborigger journey to scaling up and overall business strategy
1.30pm – Q&A and dialogue session with participants
2.00pm – Site tour of Roborigger facility
3.00pm – Final networking and conclusion
3.30pm – Participants depart from Wangara to Perth CBD for CORE Hub’s Industry Networking Drinks
