ABOUT EUNICE SARI

Dr. Eunice Sari is a seasoned and accomplished User Experience Designer and Researcher with more than 18+ years of experience working in the field. She is the CEO and Co-Founder of UX Indonesia, the first insight-driven UX Research, Training, and Consulting Company based in Indonesia since 2002, and co-founder of Customer Experience Insight Pty Ltd (Australia). Having more than 15 years of experience in academics and industries, she has helped hundreds of organizations accelerate their digital transformation and pioneer innovative UX projects that affect changes in lives and improve the bottom line of businesses in the USA, Europe, Australia, and Asia. Her works have brought her to the next level as the first Asian female Google Developer Expert in Product Design and Strategy in 2016 and the first Asian female Google Certified Design Sprint Master. She has been an active coach and mentor, helping thousands of individuals to build their professional competencies and hundreds of organizations worldwide and transformed their business. She loves her UX Design and Research jobs because she could make a difference in many people’s lives.

ABOUT SILVIA PFEIFFER

Dr. Silvia Pfeiffer is a Technologist and Digital Health Enthusiast. She helps Clinicians set up video consultation services for their patients via our telehealth solution Coviu (Seeing your patients online via video link). It uses WebRTC technology to make it really simple for patients to join and for clinicians to set up a new service.

She is an HTML5 video advocate, former co-editor of the HTML5 specification, co-editor of the WebVTT specification, and several other W3C specifications. Worked at Mozilla on HTML5 video accessibility, at Google on Google Chrome and YouTube, and CSIRO on telehealth.

ABOUT ADI MAZOR

Adi Mazor Kario is an expert in strategy, design, and innovation and has helped hundreds of startups and established companies on their journey towards success. She is also an international speaker and frequently conducts courses, workshops worldwide, and online programs called “Invincible Innovation.” Adi just finished her first book, “Innovating Through Chaos,” about turning a crisis into a business opportunity.

She has helped numerous companies reinvent themselves, devise product strategies, defy the odds, and successfully launch their products. Adi holds a BA in Design, an MSc in Cognitive Science, and has a positive psychology and mindfulness certificate. She is also a part of the Google for Startups Accelerator, A Google Assistant Expert, and is a Certified Google Design Sprint Master.

The main idea that she imparts to the startups and companies that she works with is that being curious and always learning is the most important quality for entrepreneurs. And the process of Innovation is experimenting, gathering information, learning, and continually improving.

She lives with her husband, their four kids, a dog, and their cat. She reminds herself as often as she can that something amazing might happen in her life at any moment.
