OZ Minerals is committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions, preparing for the physical impacts of climate change and the transition to achieve zero CO2 emissions by 2050. Aligned to these commitments, the OZ Minerals Exploration team has been seeking novel technologies and solutions to support the decarbonisation of existing exploration operations. The team recently ran an open innovation challenge, Change How We Explore, to facilitate this.
During this event the OZ Minerals team have invited industry experts to discuss strategies and technologies that can help reduce the footprint of mineral exploration. Additionally, guests will have the chance to meet some of the companies from the Change How We Explore Challenge, and find out how they are contributing to reducing emissions across the industry.
