Craig Gregory is a Partner at PKF Integrity, leading the Perth team in forensic services, investigations, risk management, and whistleblower policy implementation. As a Director at Innovate Australia, he plays a key role in fostering innovation and advancing technology-driven initiatives. With over 25 years of experience in regulatory leadership and professional investigations, Craig integrates cutting-edge AI tools into his work, enhancing fraud detection, payment integrity, and corporate risk management. He also serves as Executive Treasurer of the Australian Crime Prevention Council. Holding an MBA from UNSW, Craig’s strategic leadership continues to drive innovation across multiple industries.

🔹 Deputy Lord Mayor Councillor Bruce Reynolds
Cr Bruce Reynolds is a dedicated community leader and small business owner with over 30 years of experience contributing to the City of Perth. Currently serving as Deputy Lord Mayor, Bruce is committed to fostering growth, innovation, and inclusivity in Perth. He brings extensive experience from diverse fields, including property, marketing, branding, and hospitality, and actively supports not-for-profits and charities as a board member, chair, and volunteer. Passionate about serving his community, Bruce focuses on initiatives that enhance Perth’s reputation as a vibrant, world-class city while addressing the needs of its residents and businesses.

🔹 Ms Nahoko Murata, Vice Consul at the Consulate-General of Japan in Perth
Ms Nahoko Murata is on secondment From Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as the Vice Consul for Economics at the Perth Consulate-General. She oversees Japan’s wheat and barley trade with WA in addition to assisting Japanese firms from many sectors, especially mining, energy and agriculture. With a background of over ten years in government roles in agriculture, Ms Murata is in her second year of her mission in Perth and works to strengthen the economic ties between Japan and WA in a variety of areas.
🔹 Muneaki Goto, Author of “Reskilling to Keep Updating Your Skills”
Muneaki Goto is a forward-thinking leader and expert in artificial intelligence, reskilling, and global business development. As the Japan Representative at SkyHive, he plays a pivotal role in advancing AI-driven workforce transformation. He is also the Chief Reskilling Officer & Representative Director of the Japan Reskilling Initiative, advocating for upskilling and digital transformation. An accomplished author, his book Reskilling to Keep Updating Your Skills won the Readers’ Choice Business Book Grand Prix 2023. With extensive experience in fintech, HR, and consulting, Muneaki is a key thought leader shaping the future of work and AI-driven economies in Japan and beyond.
🔹 Ryoji Otsu, Robotics Engineer; Researcher, Waseda University
Dr. Ryoji Otsu is a globally respected robotics engineer and AI innovator renowned for developing over 100 robots. Inspired by the devastation of the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, which claimed thousands of lives, he dedicated his career to creating life-saving technology. A week after the disaster, he founded his first robotics company, pioneering unmanned construction systems in hazardous environments. Over the years, he has driven AI-powered automation across industries, including infrastructure, disaster response, and healthcare. A key figure in Japan’s technology ecosystem, he collaborates with government agencies and academia, continually pushing the boundaries of robotics to enhance safety, resilience, and efficiency in society.
🔹 Sean Oldenburger is the Director of AI Advancements Pty Ltd
Sean Oldenburger is the Director of AI Advancements Pty Ltd, where he develops cutting-edge AI solutions to enhance business efficiency and innovation. With a background in industrial and applied mathematics, he graduated with first-class honours from Curtin University. Sean has extensive experience in computer vision, AI research, and industry applications, particularly in mining and automation. Passionate about the future of AI, he actively organises community events to explore its practical applications. His expertise spans software development, consulting, and business strategy, making him a key contributor to Australia’s AI ecosystem and a driving force behind AI-driven business transformation.
🔹 Eamonn Darcy, AI Technical Director, AQ Intelligence
Eamonn is the AI Technical Director at AQ Intelligence, a new Perth start-up. An accomplished academic with a passion for quantum physics and computing, he earned his master’s degree in e-Commerce from Murdoch University in 2001, receiving the prestigious Achievement Prize for highest academic performance. Eamonn also completed four certificates in Quantum Physics and Quantum Computing, including one from the University of Saint Petersburg, Russia. In 2018, he founded the Quantum Education Centre of West Australia (QUECWA) and authored quantum computing courses. An active UWA Advisory Committee member for Quantum Girls, he consults on Generative AI at Pawsey Supercomputing Centre.
The presentations will be followed by a panel discussion moderated by Craig Gregory.
