🚀 Startup Weekend #19 🚀

From Friday 9th June to Sunday 11th June, don’t miss out on the chance to create a startup in just 54 hours, Silicon Valley-style. It’s about pitching, business model creation, prototyping, designing and market validation all in a friendly and supportive team environment.

Your ticket includes an awesome weekend with great mentors and facilitation, Friday night dinner and network, all your meals and snacks on Saturday and Sunday – and a pitch event on Sunday evening with drinks and network – all included!

Anyone is welcome to pitch their startup idea and teams will organically form around the top ideas. All ideas, applications and platforms are welcome – remember that the sky is the limit.

How does the weekend work?

• Friday – We kick off with some networking, before inviting anyone with an idea to ‘pitch’ it back to the audience. Everyone votes on the top ideas, and teams organically form.
• Saturday & Sunday – Teams work on this new idea, and experience the highs and lows of startup life as they try and build something from the ground up. We throw in a heap of caffeine and food – and see what ideas come out the other end!
• Sunday Night – Pitch time! Teams share their ideas and a winning team is crowned, and prizes are awarded.

Who can attend?
Anyone. Whether you’re 18 or 88, a painter, actor, software engineer, writer, graphic designer, geek, entrepreneur, photographer, musician, programmer, museum curator, or startup specialist. Whether you have an idea, or have no idea. Everyone is welcome.
