Down at the new Proptech Hub in the city last Thursday night, the inaugural Proptech Hub WA Awards 2021 were held, as organised by Cullum Ashton, and sponsored by PEXA.

Startup News was there, having sponsored the Rising Stars Award. The who’s who of property and tech were there also including representatives from REIWA, Domain, PEXA, VaultRE, Openn and other stalwarts of the industry.

Tom Young and his UDrew team took out the major honours, winning Members Choice award (as voted by Proptech Hub members). Tom and UDrew also took out two national awards the same night – the only proptech in the country to do so – as the inaugural Proptech Association awards were also streamed live from Sydney and Brisbane.

Incredibly impressive, and no wonder the big brands are jumping on board & taking away the hassle of using more than one database for their businesses. Cloud based and open APIs . . . they appear to have all bases covered. Agile approach and responsiveness to developing technology and changing market requirements.

JUDGES’ COMMENTS
