Conferences are a great opportunity to mingle with other people within the technology and innovation ecosystems around Australia.

To help you determine where and when to catch a plane (or indeed, just stay in Perth), here’s my picks of 10 different conferences across Australia between now and the end of the year. Enjoy!

Brought to you by Adobe, DAZE is pitched as “the interface between creativity & technology providing an original blueprint for mastering the scale, scope, and complexities of the Fourth Industrial Revolution”.

Back in their eighth year, Tech23 is a well-known Sydney startup event, bringing people from investment, startup, university and enterprises together for one massive day.

Mixin

The first conference brought to you by the Mixin team, here on home soil. Find out more about it in our previous article about this conference.

Creative Innovation Ci2016
7-9 November, Melbourne

Ci2016 will feature 40+ global leaders, innovators, thinkers and deliver world class ideas and pragmatic solutions. It will offer forecasts, strategies and practices to help transform you and your organisations.

Direction 2016
10-11 November, Sydney

Now in their tenth year, Web Directions has rebranded as Direction. This is always one of my favourite web industry events to get along to.

BuzzConf

Held just outside Melbourne, BuzzConf is a cutting edge, technology, futurism, and innovation conference, where all participants and presenters spend the whole weekend together in a scenic campground.

Startcon 16
26-27 November, Sydney

This one looks to be huge. The rebranded SydStart is now still in Sydney, after talk of it moving to Melbourne. A stellar lineup of speakers are expected.

Yow! Melbourne 2016
1-2 December, Melbourne

A travelling conference, this event typically attracts developers that are serious about staying informed of the latest trends and using that knowledge to create innovative solutions.

Yow! Brisbane
5-6 December, Brisbane

Yow! Sydney
