This Friday West Coast Institute will be holding a lunch and learn session at sixty27 with our infamous drumming director, Dr Ian Martinus!

Join Dr Martinus for a Lunch ‘n Learn Session on the power of technology to measure, analyse and distil public reaction using LivePad41.

Livepad41 identified a gap in the community engagement market and came up with a solution to capture sentiment and thoughts in a real time format and to display them live to an audience. The bootstrap company pitched the concept to DISRUPT San Francisco and New York, and won the first round of Innovation Funding offered in 2012 in WA. Some of the local clients include Canning Stock Route (CHOGM), Medicare Locals, The City of Swan, EMRC, and Institute of Public Administration Conference.

Dr Martinus is an academic and consultant with broad range of experience from across the world (including Japan, Australia, USA, South Africa, Iraq, Afghanistan, Indonesia, Pakistan) in international trade and investment, eGovernance and technology innovation.
